In This Teleclass


Week 1: Gain confidence by letting go of self-limiting beliefs:
I will explain what self-limiting beliefs are, where they come from and techniques to overcome them. Self-limiting beliefs is basically a lack of confidence in yourself.

I will explain techniques to improve self confidence. I will help you see what your positive attributes are and what they have to offer the world.

A Grounding Relaxation.

Week 2: Take Responsibility for Your Life
Thoughts are foundation of everything - What you feel, say, act. Emphasis on how important it is to be mindful of your thoughts. Thoughts accompanied by strong emotion come true. Wishes are simple thoughts that everyone has.

Letting go blame, anger and guilt. All guilt is anger and blame towards yourself.

The 1st step acknowledge what your issues is:

  • Forgive whomever or whatever

  • Own your actions

  • Determine what actions you can take to remedy the situation


Week 3: "Discover your Authentic Self"
This will be an interactive session. I will lead participants to find their inner answers to the following questions:

  • Who are you?

  • What are your strengths?

  • What are talents?

  • What do you love?

  • What are your strongest desires?

  • What is your purpose in life?


Week 4: Setting goals to create the change you want:

  • Setting goals

  • Explain how to set goals

  • Explain what smart goals are

  • Ways to track your goals

  • To reach your goals develop a dream board, do affirmations, take action
